The Region C Regional Water Planning Group is tasked with developing a regional water plan and implementing that plan in accordance with State law. This web site is intended to be a source of information to the public, the press and to the Texas Water Development Board. The 2011 Initially Prepared Region C Water Plan (IPP) was submitted to the Texas Water Development Board on April 1, 2010. Written comments on the Plan may be submitted through August 1, 2010 to Region C Comments. The Plan is available for public review on this website (SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE FOR ELECTRONIC COPY OF INITIALLY PREPARED PLAN) and is available through either paper copy or CD on public computer in county clerks offices and major libraries in each county across Region C.
